Are Most Teens Having Sex?

This may surprise you, but statistically, no. Research shows that 53% of teens are NOT having sex. How can so many teens not be sexually active?

Many of these teens have decided that they need to be physically and emotionally healthy, and that the best way to do this is by being abstinent.

A lot of teens assume that all of their friends must be having sex! Sometimes it can feel like you are the only one not having sex. But the truth is that being sexually active simply because you think "everyone else is doing it" is not worth the risks!
